The following terms, when used in this Agreement, carry the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

By accessing, registering on, or using the leo78 platform in any capacity, you irrevocably confirm that you:

• Have read and understood this Agreement in its entirety;
• Are at least 21 years of age and legally competent to enter into a binding contract;
• Are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited;
• Accept that leo78 may amend this Agreement at any time in accordance with Clause 16, and that continued use of the platform following notice of amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms;
• Acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that leo78 bears no responsibility for losses arising from participation in games or betting activities.

Membership on leo78 is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of membership:

Accounts where the Member is found to be under 21 will be immediately closed and any balance forfeited in accordance with applicable responsible gaming regulations.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on leo78. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a Prohibited Activity and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances, including any winnings.

You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party. Corporate accounts and accounts operated by automated systems or bots are not permitted.

Bonus Funds are not withdrawable upon voluntary closure unless the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.

KYC verification requires submission of the following documents:

Leo78 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following approved Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). No foreign currency conversions are applied.

Deposits made via local bank transfer or e-wallet are credited to a Member's Account in real time under normal operating conditions. Leo78 does not charge transaction fees on deposits. Any fees levied by your bank or e-wallet provider are the Member's responsibility.

Withdrawal requests submitted by Members with completed KYC are processed within three (3) minutes on average under standard operating conditions. Leo78 does not impose withdrawal fees. Withdrawals are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Indonesian public holidays such as Idul Fitri and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August).

• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal;
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the leo78 Account;
• Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited;
• Leo78 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks to withdrawal requests that exceed defined thresholds or that display patterns consistent with money laundering;
• Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.

In the event that a deposit does not reflect in your Account within 30 minutes of payment, or a withdrawal has not arrived within 2 hours of processing confirmation, you should contact leo78 support via live chat with your transaction reference number. Leo78 will investigate and resolve confirmed transaction errors within 24 hours.

Leo78 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this clause.

• Bonuses are available only to Members with fully registered and verified Accounts, unless a specific promotion states otherwise;
• Each promotional offer is available once per Member, per household, and per device unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each bonus;
• Until wagering requirements are met, Bonus Funds will not be available for withdrawal;

Actions constituting bonus abuse include but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing opposing bets to guarantee outcomes, and systematically exploiting bonus terms in a manner inconsistent with normal gameplay. Where bonus abuse is identified, leo78 reserves the right to void the bonus, void any winnings derived from the bonus, and suspend the Member's Account.

Leo78 may offer special promotional events tied to cultural or sporting occasions relevant to Indonesian Members, including but not limited to Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day, and major football tournaments such as the AFF Cup or FIFA World Cup qualifiers. All seasonal promotions carry their own specific terms and are valid only for the stated duration.

All sports bets placed on leo78 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, league, and market type. Leo78 offers pre-match and live betting across football (including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, and Piala AFF), badminton, MotoGP, basketball, volleyball, and E-sports. Key rules include:

• Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all selections to win for a payout; one voided leg may reduce the parlay to the remaining legs at leo78's discretion;
• Voor bola (Asian handicap) and bandar bola markets are settled according to the official full-time score including injury time, unless otherwise specified;
• Leo78 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error or affected by a system fault;

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the platform for money laundering purposes;
• Using fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised payment methods for deposits;
• Colluding with other Members to manipulate game or betting outcomes;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — any discovered bug must be reported to support immediately;
• Using automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform;
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing or any activity that compromises the integrity of a sporting event;

• Sharing your Account credentials with or transferring your Account to any other person.

Leo78 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a withdrawal request;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity fraud;
• Detection of a Prohibited Activity as defined in Clause 9;
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months, subject to dormancy procedures and applicable notification requirements;
• Receipt of a lawful instruction from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Where a Member Account is closed due to breach of this Agreement, any balance (including real-money funds) may be forfeited at leo78's discretion where the balance was accumulated through, or in connection with, the breach. In all other suspension scenarios, real-money balances will be returned via the Member's registered payment method after the completion of applicable verification and investigation procedures.

Leo78 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and maintaining a safe gaming environment for all Members. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment and must not be treated as a source of income or a means to resolve financial difficulties.

• Loss of winnings or account balance resulting from a Member's own breach of this Agreement;
• Service interruptions, platform downtime, or data loss caused by circumstances beyond leo78's reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure events, third-party infrastructure failures, or actions of governmental or regulatory authorities;
• Loss or damage arising from a Member's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials;
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to a Member's use of the leo78 platform.

Where leo78's liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the total real-money deposits made by the Member in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in this Agreement limits leo78's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

All content on the leo78 platform — including but not limited to the leo78 brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, odds data, written content, and multimedia assets — is the exclusive property of leo78 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the leo78 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit:

• Reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any leo78 content without prior written consent;
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or scraping any part of the leo78 platform or its underlying software;
• Using the leo78 brand or logo in any context that implies affiliation, endorsement, or commercial partnership without express written authorisation.

Leo78 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is available at leo78.one/privacy-policy. By accepting this Agreement, you also accept the leo78 Privacy Policy in its current form.

Key data practices include:

• Personal and financial data is encrypted in transit and at rest using 256-bit SSL/TLS protocols;
• KYC documents are retained for a minimum period required by applicable anti-money laundering regulations and are securely deleted thereafter;
• Leo78 does not sell, rent, or trade Member personal data to third-party marketing organisations;
• Transaction and gameplay data may be processed by leo78's licensed game and payment partners solely for the purpose of delivering the services described in this Agreement.

This Agreement and all matters arising from a Member's use of the leo78 platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which leo78 is licensed and registered internationally.

In the event of a dispute between a Member and leo78, the Member should in the first instance contact leo78 customer support via live chat, providing full details of the complaint. Leo78 aims to resolve all disputes within five (5) business days of receipt of a formal complaint.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through leo78's internal complaints process, the Member may escalate the matter to leo78's licensing authority in accordance with the escalation procedures published on the platform. Leo78 is committed to fair, transparent, and timely resolution of all Member disputes.

This Agreement is written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated or summarised version of this Agreement, the English version shall prevail.

Leo78 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. When material changes are made, leo78 will notify Members via a notice displayed on the platform or via the Member's registered contact method, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the amended terms take effect.

Your continued use of the leo78 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree with any amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 4.4.

Leo78 maintains a version history of this Agreement. Members may request a copy of any previous version by contacting leo78 support. The version currently published on the platform at any given time is the operative version governing all active Member accounts.
